Fitness Advent Calendar 2017

I am so excited you are here! Come and join me for 15 minute exercise sessions every day for 25 days straight this holiday season. We kick off on December 1st, and go all the way until Christmas Day. All you need is a mat, and sometimes a chair, sofa, or wall for balance. You can do these sessions anytime from the comfort of your own home. I give plenty of modifications to make sure you can do these sessions, no matter what fitness level you are at. While the sessions do build on each other, feel free to join me whenever you want. Just click on the links below to get directly to the exercise videos.
