Bloat buster juice


Two weeks ago I featured a de-bloating fennel digestive green smoothie for those weekends or evenings of too much indulgence. Some people love smoothies, some people love juices. In case you are not a fan of a filling smoothie, and would rather like a lighter digestive smoothie, here is my favorite bloat buster juice. Fennel always works its magic on digestion, while lemon helps to flush through the whole system! Enjoy.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings:

- 1 fennel bulb

- 1 red apple

- 1 thumb sized piece of ginger, peeled

- 1 lemon, peeled

Run all ingredients through the juicer and serve as soon as possible.
