Today's 10 minute video tackles one of the most important ailments: tight hips. We all have them from too much sitting around at work, in the car, in front of the TV. Tight hips don't feel great, but even worse, they set you up for longterm knee pain, sore lower and upper back. Tight hips influence the alignment of the rest of your body, and who wants to be in so much pain?!
