Fitness Advent Calendar Day 2


Day 2 of the Fitness Advent Calendar challenge is here. Today I will show you that you can work up a sweat without jumping around, and waking up the entire house. This session is inspired by Barre moves, combining yoga, Pilates, and Ballet to make your muscles burn and your heart rate race. All you need is a chair, table, countertop or a wall for balance.
