The second video for the #selflovejanuary video series is here. Last week we spent time working on our foundation, our feet. Today we will work on bad knees. Most people have pain in their knees when they walk, run or move in certain directions. Creaky knees are common when I train clients, as well as shooting pain with sudden impact, like jumping. We use our knees all day long while we stand, walk, and sit, and often not in a healthy, helpful way. Come and join me for 30 minutes of exercises to target the knees, to strengthen them, improve flexibility, and help ease knee pain once and for all. The video is now up on YouTube.
