Come and join me for 20 minutes to learn how to engage all of your core muscles properly - your abs, your pelvic floor, and your lower back. I will give you cues that you can use with any exercise you do in the future, since your core is and should always be engaged with all movement. When you core strong, you suffer from less back pain, better posture, and more strength in every movement you do.
Don't be fooled. You may think this video starts really easy, but the exercises build on top of each other. Even simple crunches can become intense when your core fires up correctly.
