It's YouTube Friday, and I am continuing the series of basics. A few weeks ago we had Barre Basics, today I will walk you through the six Pilates principles: concentration, centering, control, focus, breath, and precision. Using these principles with basic Pilates exercises will show you how you can make any exercise more effective and efficient. These 30 minutes will be much more intense than you first think :-).
