It's YouTube Friday, and I have a quick video for you to do this weekend: Long & strong. It's a fun sequence of strong exercises working from the core into the fingertips and toes. We move quickly from exercise to exercise, but I do break each exercise down, and give you easier options, so come and join me and make it your own. All you need is a mat and 25 minutes.
