Summer time is race time for a lot of hobby athletes amongst us. Whether you are an actual marathon runner, a casual weekend runner or anything in between, today's session of marathon training is for you! When we run, we use the opposite arm and leg, yet when we often train at the gym, we hardly ever train this cross section of the body. So in today's session we strengthen and lengthen the diagonal line of our body, so that you can stay injury free on your runs.
