I know that we all don't have the time to exercise, so today's session is for you if you constantly find yourself running out of minutes in your day: 5 minute dumbbell blast is here for YouTube Friday. All you need is 5 minutes (duh :-)), a pair of light dumbbells (1-2 kg/ 2-4 lbs), and that's it. You can do this routine before bed, after brushing your teeth,while making dinner or at your desk. Everyone has 5 minutes to spare, so let's get moving.
