It's YouTube Friday, and I heard you. A new advanced TRX video is here for all of you who would like to take your TRX practice to the next level. This is one of my favorite TRX flows, and it adds a level of body balance and core fire to your regular flow routines. If you are new to the TRX, I suggest you start with the TRX essentials video and try out the TRX summer strong first before heading into this more advanced flow.
In this video it's best if you have a free hanging TRX, but if you are anchoring it to the door you can slightly adjust the beginning of the routine facing your door. You can do it! :-)
