It's YouTube Friday, and I am so excited for today's session! Apparently loads of you have Swiss balls rolling around at home catching dust, because you've been requesting a longer full body session with the ball. So here we go! Come and join me for the next 30 minutes to work every muscle in your body, challenge yourself with some balance work, and learn how to make the Swiss ball super versatile. Ideally your Swiss ball should reach up to your knee or just above when you are standing, but whatever you have will do just fine. Just know that the less air in the ball, the harder some of these exercises get.
