It's YouTube Friday, come and fly with me! Today's new exercise video is to get you excited and energized for the weekend. We are going to work specifically on strengthening and loosening our hips after a long week of sitting around. This session is a little bit more advanced, but don't worry, I will give you plenty of easier options for the difficult moves.
