Welcome back to the Fitness Advent Calendar 2018. I hope you practiced your diaphragmatic, stress reducing breath from yesterday (and if you have no idea what I'm talking about, go back to Day 1 :-)). Today we are going to add movement to breath, and we will get our hips to open up and work. Hips can store a lot of stress from too much sitting or slouching in bad postures.
