Welcome back to the Fitness Advent Calendar. Today we are working on our glutes, the muscles that make up our butt, and are responsible for keeping us balanced and stable. Lower back pain actually is often accompanied by weak glutes, so let's remedy that. All you need today is a yoga mat or a soft carpeted area, and some stamina to stick to it.
