Welcome to 2019 and happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed the holidays, and even if it was stressful, I hope you are finding your way back to calm. I always say we can only go out and change the world, be efficient at work, be a great parent, a loving partner, and a caring friend if we fill our cup first. We need to start taking better care of ourselves, and what better time than January, when everyone is going on crazy, depriving diets, and trying to change everything about themselves in the hopes of being a better person? You are amazing the way you are! And if you don't want to, you don't need to change anything about yourself. Celebrate yourself this month by taking extra special care of yourself, whether that is with a nourishing meal, a luxurious, hot bath at the end of the day or a fun day out shopping.
