Welcome to 2019 and to #selflovejanuary. Instead of killing ourselves at bootcamps, lets spend January taking excellent care of ourselves and our health. This way we start the year on a high, not on a self doubting low. Last year we tackled injuries of the feet, knees, and shoulders for #selflovejanuary.
