It's YouTube Friday! Welcome to today's dumbbell express. I heard you. You've been asking for shorter videos that you can add to your regular gym routine or after your run. So here we are! In less than 15 minutes we will work with dumbbells to target arms, shoulders, and the back. Come and join me. All you need is light dumbbells (1-2 kg/ 2-4lbs) or simply some water bottles.
