It's YouTube Friday, and I know that you don't have enough time to fit in exercising. Today, all you need is 5 minutes to get it done. This s a quick high intensity interval session working your entire body. You can absolutely modify the jumps of the burpees for less impact. I break it all down at the beginning of the video. You can do this little routine as a warm up before your cardio session, in between lifting weights at the gym or as a stand alone session to get it done, and get on with serving breakfast to your kids.
