It's YouTube Friday. Last week I posted a Barre flow to my Instagram while I was getting ready for my class, and so many of you were intrigued to learn it. So here it is: a very quick Barre flow you can do in 15 minutes that will work your entire body. And don't worry, that standing split does not have to be high or fancy :-). All you need for today is a chair, a kitchen countertop, a table or a wall for balance.
