It's YouTube Friday! Today we are going to feel the burn in our hips. Our hips are often tight from sitting too much and weak from not using them enough in many different directions. So today we are going to remedy that! You voted for an inversion video next week over on Instagram stories, and the only way we can get into inversions is by using our hips actively. So think of today's video as a warm up for next week :-)
