Welcome to Day 3 of the Stress Less Holiday Calendar. I hope you did yesterday's little exercise to work out some of your triggers for stress during the holidays. If not, go back and do that right now.
Today I am going to introduce you to a concept you may already be familiar with, but I think it is key to understanding yourself and other people better - especially our and their needs during the holidays. It helps us to just see people for who they are and give us and them some grace when it comes to planning holiday events and stressing out.
