Welcome to Day 4 of the Stress Less Holiday Calendar. Today we are going to need a mat (or a carpeted floor) and maybe a pillow or cushion of some sort. We will move into a super de-stressing pose: legs up the wall. In stressful times all of our blood flows to our limbs to either fight or run away - the so-called fight-or-flight-response. In order to help our body de-stress we want to help bring some blood back to our organs - especially our digestion and our brain. This way we feel more energized. So come and join me to put your legs up a wall for just a couple of minutes today.
