No more excuses!


I feel like in all of our Covid-19 conversations around social distancing, sheltering in place, and hoping for a vaccine we are completely missing the point: the fact that we can take our health into our own hands. The fact that we do not need to get sick just because we sat next to someone sick on the subway. The fact that we do not need to worry on relying on a broken health care system that you either come out of in a bodybag or with debt for the next years. Yes, medicine can be great in the worst case scenario.

But what if we could work on prevention rather than last-effort treatment?

Our health lies in our own hands. Every bite we eat, every sip we drink can either aid our health or slowly destroy it. That sounds like a lot of responsibility for your fork, right? Well, that is why I created the 4 Week Health Kickstarter; to take you by your hand and walk you through creating ultimate health for you and your family through the foods you eat (and don’t eat).

When it comes to food, I have never met anyone who doesn’t have some kind of issues around carbs, protein, fat, calories, alcohol, coffee, water, and so on.
