Welcome to today's Let It Burn exercise video. I was thinking of something a little more restorative during this crazy time, but you were very adamant that this is what you needed over on Instagram when you voted for this video. For today's burning full body dumbbell workout you are going to need small dumbbells - around 0.5-2kgs or 1-4 lbs. You can also use water bottle, canned beans or anything else that adds a little extra weight. It's quick, it's fun, and it burns!
