Do you need some help to fall into peaceful, restful sleep? A week ago I was traveling and sharing what a hard time I was having to get good sleep. Most tips from everyone on social media were around pharmaceuticals or drinking plenty of alcohol :-). Well, neither work well for me, so I used this breathing technique to get my body to drift off to sleep. Give it a try!
