Core exercises without planks are here!

Welcome to today's new YouTube Friday video. Every week I ask you what you want in my Instagram stories, and this week you chose this side-lying core sequence. I know that there are often planks in my sequences to strengthen the core and really your whole body. But I also know that sometimes our wrists need a little break. This session is a killer - you've been warned!

All you need is a mat or soft-carpeted area and about 10 minutes to get you fired up.
