Today we will work on neck tension and stiffness, often a result from looking down at a computer or phone all day. Our head is heavy, and hanging it forward puts a considerable amount of strain on the neck muscles and structures. In this session we release the tension from all angles.
Come and join me for 10 minutes. All you need is a towel, sweater, or scarf to support your neck.
