All week long I have been sharing some of my morning rituals with you on my Instagram and today I want to share a ritual with you that I do every morning - no matter what: morning meditation. If I miss a day, everything feels wrong. It sets me up in a positive mood, with more patience, and less worries.
So get your phone ready by your bed (but please put it on airplane mode!!!) for tomorrow morning and as soon as you wake up, turn on this meditation. It’s quick and I promise you it will be a much more pleasant way to wake up than your toddler screaming their head off in their bed.
