Hormone-Balancing Bliss Balls

So let’s get back to eating more fats. These hormone-balancing bliss balls taste yummy, make the perfect snack for every day, and help you feel more relaxed throughout your cycle. Give them a try. ⁣


Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes 10 balls


  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries ⁣

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds ⁣

  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp hemp seeds ⁣

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds ⁣

  • Zest of 1 lemon ⁣

  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup ⁣

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice ⁣

  • 1/4 cup extra hemp seeds for rolling the balls ⁣

  1. Place everything except the extra 1/4 cup hemp seeds in the food processor and process until a sticky dough has formed. ⁣

  2. 1 Tbsp at a time take the dough and roll it between your palms. ⁣

  3. Roll the balls in hemp seeds.⁣


They will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week!
