This week we are talking about the first phase of your cycle - menstruation. It is a time you will probably feel tired and exhausted so this winter yoga nidra session is perfect to re-energize yourself throughout the day. It might seem like there is no movement - but sometimes that is exactly what our body needs. Calm and rest to refuel.
You will need a couple of pillows and a blanket to get extra cozy.
