When is the best time to build strength in your body?
During your follicular phase (the second phase of your menstrual cycle).
Just after your period you are exploding with energy and are ready to take on the world. This is a great time to add some more strength training to your routine - whether you lift heavy weights at the gym, use smaller dumbbells at home, or simply work with your body weight. It all helps to keep you strong form the inside.
Try this 15-minute workout with light dumbbells (0.5-2kg/1-5lbs). It’s full-body work that will quickly make you sweat!
