My favorite time of the year is here. The end of the year brings with it so much promise for new beginnings, new projects to tackle, and new adventures to be had. It’s also a time to spend with loved ones, and make beautiful memories around food and drinks. Sadly, that is exactly what is also dreaded by most people I know: the massive amount of foods and drinks, that make us feel so guilty every time we give into them, yet we somehow can’t stop. By the time New Year’s comes around, we feel exhausted, heavy, and down. We set impossible New Year’s resolutions, and thus a never ending yearly cycle of over-eating and dieting continues.
