New video is here! Pressure point work for tight hips

It's YouTube Friday, and today's video is some of my favorite body work: working with pressure points. These are specific knots along muscles and in joints, that hold excess amount of tension. If this continue to build up, we lose range of motion, and become more stiff and inflexible. Working on these points helps to release the tension, and you will immediately feel a difference in how you move and feel. Hop on over to YouTube and check it out.
