The Holiday survival guide is here!

November 22, 2017

Every year I hear so many people complaining about the holiday season, the amount of food and drinks we "have" to consume, and how everyone just feels tired, stressed, and weighed down.

I myself used to get so anxious around the holidays, and board this viscous cycle train every single year. I would insanely prep myself for the holidays by exercising like a maniac beforehand, and go on super strict diets. I would deprive myself of everything, so I could enjoy the eating and drinking during the holidays. It meant I deserved it. I would literally train my butt off, just so that I would deserve to put it back on again.

Of course this backfired in so many ways; the foods I ate made me feel exhausted all the time, which actually meant I wasn't really able to enjoy myself. Because I wasn't focusing on nutrient dense food during the holidays, my immune system would shut down, and at least for part of the time I would end up sick in bed feeling sorry for myself. And of course I would gain much more weight than I had originally lost, meaning I would start the New Year with shame and guilt, and a deserpate need to diet and exercise like a maniac again.

A while ago I got tired of starting every New Year with insane New Year's resolutions, just do "undo" the damage from the holidays. Over the years, I have come up with many strategies and rituals to make sure I get through the holidays without stress, sickness, or weight gain.

Now I have compiled all my tips and tricks into an easy-to-read guidebook, so that you, too, can make it through the holidays stress free and healthy. Come and join me for a guilt free holiday time this year.

The eBook

  • talks about how our body responds to stress, and why our body often does what we don't want it to do. Weight gain, skin breakouts, and exhaustion don't have to be part of your holidays every year, I promise you!

  • features 14 delicious recipes for holiday parties, to cure hangovers, and to curb sugar cravings.

  • is shock full with little tips you can implement in your daily life without the need of huge chunks of time you don't even have right now.

  • includes three 30 minute exercise sessions with me depending on what you are in the mood for that day: a sweaty session, to get your heart rate pumping; a hangover cure for when you've had a little too much to drink the night before; and a wake up morning flow for those days you don't even want to roll out of bed.

But most importantly I hope I inspire you to drop the feelings of guilt and shame around holiday food, and just enjoy this time with your loved ones. Grab your copy here

May your holidays be filled with joy, fun,

and delicious food you enjoy!
