Day 4 of our Fitness Advent Calendar challenge is here! Today's Run, Run Rudolph session is inspired by high intensity interval training (HIIT). We run as fast as Rudolph, and use our bodyweight to build strength in the whole body. All you need is a mat, but you could also do this session on any other kind of floor. Just be careful it might get slippery from all the sweating! The video is now up on YouTube.
