After many request for more TRX routines, here is another video for you up on YouTube: TRX summer strong. It is fast paced, fun, and super lengthening and strengthening. I guarantee you, you will feel your legs tomorrow! If you are new to the TRX, make sure to check out the TRX essentials video as well as the TRX set up tips first. There I will walk you through some of the more basic exercise, and how to deal with your balance when the TRX is wobbly. Then come and try this more advanced session, all you need is 30 minutes.
