Yesterday I wrote a post about how I feel a little overwhelmed at times with not being able to share what I actually want to share on this blog due to just rushing to put out recipes and exercise videos for you. So a few of you were worried that there may not be more of that. Don't worry, toady is YouTube Friday, and of course I've got a great new session for you! We are going to use the foam roller for strength training instead of just massaging out fascia and muscle tissue. Get ready to feel the burn in your lower body. I definitely could not walk properly for two days after filming this session for you.
