YouTube Friday is here! I have been getting many requests from new mamas-to-be for exercises they can safely do all the way until birth. Here is a third trimester video for you, where you will need a mat, a chair, a couple of pillows (or a yoga bolster), and two yoga blocks (or smaller pillows, books, a stepping stool). The third trimester is all about preparing your body for birth, and easing any aches and pains. This is not the time to get your high intensity workout in. Take it easy, and control your movements through breath deep into your core. If you want more core related exercises for pregnancy, also check out this video.
